Residents love baking, and for good reason. The delicious, delightful muffins they created were a smashing hit. Using some flour, eggs, spray oil, and some sugar and salt, they carefully mixed the batter and spooned them into the muffin cups. We made plain muffins, blueberry, and cinnamon raisin. The smell was tantalizing and mouths were watering throughout the building.
