Dog Therapy, Rock Digging, and Fun With Water Painting

This week at Fort Tryon, residents enjoyed a variety of activities that inspired curiosity, creativity, and joy. They took part in a fun rock and fossil excavation, uncovering hidden treasures and sparking conversations about nature and history. A heartwarming session of dog therapy brought comfort and plenty of smiles as friendly pups made the day brighter for everyone.

The week continued with the relaxing and expressive art of water painting, where residents used color and imagination to create their own pieces. The celebrations ended on a glamorous note with an Old Hollywood themed birthday bash, filled with music, decorations, and laughter. Together, these activities highlighted how life at Fort Tryon is enriched through discovery, companionship, and celebration.
