Today our residents spent the day having fun baking. Ingredients were prepared and measured, and everyone took turns mixing the cakes and watching it all come together. After everything was prepared, the cakes were brought to the kitchen where they were baked. At dinner, everyone enjoyed the delicious cakes for dessert, appreciating the teamwork that it took to get there.
At the end of the day, residents were treated to a game of table bowling. Pins were set up and players took turns rolling a bowling ball towards the pins. The challenge was keeping the ball straight as it was rolled so it doesn’t fall off the side before it hit the pins.
It’s much harder than it seems, and all around everyone had a great time.
