Staying fit and active with Zumba and Morning Stretch Routines

Regular exercise and movement is good for both the body and mind, and at Fort Tryon, we make sure to have fun while doing it. Residents love the time spent together as a team doing morning stretches with our instructor, and watching the on-screen movements of the Zumba instructor. It’s always great to see and spend time with each other while encouraging everyone to participate in this fun and healthy activity.
