Eggs for breakfast won’t get anyone’s heart racing with excitement. But when the staff puts together an omelette station, everyone gets into it.
We started out with a base of fried eggs, and residents took turns creating their favorite egg omelette. There were those who went with onions only, cheese, veggies, and of course the ones who loaded up on every choice of topping (we’re not saying who that was 😉).
As everyone enjoyed their tasty creations, we played a fun game with everyone around the table. What a fun day for the residents at Fort Tryon!
